在自動點焊機的焊接過程中,普遍存在的問題是:焊點在焊接過程中不能熔透而產生飛濺,導致點焊機的焊接質量不佳,因此在實際應用中應注意:

一焊接點沒有穿透,熔核沒有形成或形成不好的形成。
